Carlos Gutiérrez

Carlos has dedicated the last five years to leading digital transformation, analytics and data architecture processes in the Colombian education sector. He has contributed to building and consolidating robust analytics layers, leading artificial intelligence initiatives and supporting digital transformation at universities, schools and non-profit organizations across Latin America.

His experience has focused on designing analytics strategies that evolve organizations' analytical maturity, strengthen institutional management and improve decision-making in key processes such as new prospect attraction, stakeholder engagement and commercial management.

He also participated as one of the leaders in the implementation of the first Salesforce artificial intelligence agent in Southwestern Colombia — specialized in attraction processes for undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs, integrating technology, data and strategy to solve real challenges in management, follow-up and decision-making.

His approach stems from having directly faced the same problems he now helps his clients solve: scattered data, manual processes, dashboards with low adoption and executive teams that need reliable information to make better decisions. That is why his way of working combines deep diagnosis, execution with judgment and constant measurement of results.

Carlos holds a Master's in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and has certifications in leading market tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce and analytics platforms like Tableau.

At B1 Consulting, he leads solution architecture, Salesforce implementations and advanced analytics strategies, with the purpose of giving each client the clarity to decide with confidence and solid processes to sustain their results over time.
