Profile review
We look at what you've done, not what's on paper. What you've solved matters more than where you studied.
Initial conversation
A short call. No technical traps — just to see if the way we work fits with how you work.
Technical evaluation
Depending on the profile: a technical conversation, a real case or a portfolio review. No pointless out-of-context tests.
Onboarding or collaboration
If there's a fit, we talk about how we work together. Could be a project, a direct engagement or a strategic collaboration.
