Jaime Cerón

Jaime has spent over a decade at the intersection of CRM and business intelligence in Colombia. He began managing sales processes on Salesforce at Comfandi and built from there a career that led him to lead market intelligence strategies, management indicators and stakeholder engagement at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente — and more recently, to direct the Salesforce strategy at Pontifical Javeriana University Cali.

Along the way, he developed something that goes beyond technical certification: the ability to understand how an organization makes decisions, where the bottlenecks are in its processes, and what it takes for a CRM to stop being a repository and start working as a real business tool.

A systems engineer specialized in Business Intelligence with a Big Data emphasis, Jaime understands from the inside how educational institutions, welfare organizations and Colombian corporate environments operate.
